Tiffaney Dierolf

Tiffaney has been part of the Headwaters Academy team for four years, originally serving as the Physical Education teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and brings over eleven years of prior teaching experience. Now stepping into the role of Operations and Communications Manager, Tiffaney supports the day-to-day functions of the school with her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and can-do mindset. She plays a key role in ensuring the school runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for building strong, genuine relationships with every student on campus, Tiffaney continues to foster a warm, inclusive environment where all students feel seen and supported. Her passion for community-building and clear communication makes her a valuable bridge between school operations and the broader Headwaters community.
